I am proud to say that I am the 1st Lady to hold a double-handed Scottish Game Angling Instructors Certificate (SGAIC) qualification. I enjoy helping others to learn and improve their Salmon casting and fishing.

I started fishing when I was 7 years old and my Mum bought my Dad a fishing rod and reel for his Birthday. I caught my first Roach on the Norfolk Broads and I was hooked! My largest fish I have caught has been a 47lb Halibut off the Coast of Vancouver Island a few years ago.

I particularly enjoy teaching Ladies to Salmon fish and my main aim is to encourage more Ladies to take up this amazing past time. I work with Anne Woodcock of FishPal on various Ladies Days and also with the Orvis Limited shop in Kelso.

I am based near Edinburgh and so have access to some great rivers including the River Tweed and the Tay. I can help you with your casting and fishing, whether you are a complete beginner or if you are an experienced angler just wanting to improve.

I offer qualified fly fishing and fly-casting instruction in Edinburgh, the Lothians, the Border and across Scotland.
